Level 16 Pole Fitness - Thursday 7:15pm

To join this course you must have completed the previous levels or have had the equivalent amount of tuition via private lessons with us. Please note, these sessions are absolutely not suitable for beginners, regardless of fitness ability. Please speak to us before joining, if you are unsure about your level!

Pole Fitness is an amazing alternative to conventional exercise classes. Pole Fitness is a great way to build strength, increase fitness and tone your entire body... whilst having fun!! Our classes incorporate elements of gymnastics, strength training and dance. 

Course starts: Thursday 4th April 2024 at 7:15pm
This course will then run every Thursday at 7:15pm for six consecutive weeks.

Lesson 1: Thursday 4th April 2024 - 7:15pm
Lesson 2: Thursday 11th April 2024 - 7:15pm
Lesson 3: Thursday 18th April 2024 - 7:15pm
Lesson 4: Thursday 25th April 2024 - 7:15pm
Lesson 5: Thursday 2nd May 2024 - 7:15pm
Lesson 6: Thursday 9th May 2024 - 7:15pm


Dress code: Shorts with a sleeveless or short sleeved top. Barefoot or socks.
Please remove all jewellery prior to the session beginning.
Please do not use moisturiser or fake tan at least 24 hours before your class, otherwise you will find it hard to grip to the pole!
