Level 11 Pole Fitness - Monday 8:30pm

To join this class you must have completed these previous courses or have had equivalent in private tuition and approval from the course instructor to join.

Pole Fitness is an amazing alternative to conventional exercise classes. Pole Fitness is a great way to build strength, increase fitness and tone your entire body... whilst having fun!! Our classes incorporate elements of gymnastics, strength training and dance. 

Course starts: Monday 8th April 2024
This course will then run every Monday at 8:30pm for five consecutive weeks.

Lesson 1: Monday 8th April 2024 - 8:30pm
Lesson 2: Monday 15th April 2024 - 8:30pm
Lesson 3: Monday 22nd April 2024 - 8:30pm
Lesson 4: Monday 29th April 2024 - 8:30pm
Lesson 5: Monday 6th May 2024 - 8:30pm


We ask that if you are unable to attend any sessions that you un-register your attendance from the calendar, so the instructor knows to not expect you please.

Dress code: We recommend wearing shorts if possible for additional grip on the pole. Please do not use moisturiser or fake tan AT LEAST 24 hours before your class, otherwise you will find it hard to grip to the pole!
