Level 8 Pole Fitness - Monday 6:00pm

To join this class you must have completed the previous courses or have had equivalent private lessons with us

Pole Fitness is an amazing alternative to conventional exercise classes. Pole Fitness is a great way to build strength, increase fitness and tone your entire body... whilst having fun!! Our classes incorporate elements of gymnastics, strength training and dance. 

Course starts: Monday 1st April at 6:00pm
This course will then run every Monday at 6:00pm for six consecutive weeks.

Lesson 1: Monday 1st April 2024 - 6:00pm
Lesson 2: Monday 8th April 2024 - 6:00pm
Lesson 3: Monday 15th April 2024 - 6:00pm
Lesson 4: Monday 22nd April 2024 - 6:00pm
Lesson 5: Monday 29th April 2024 - 6:00pm
Lesson 6: Monday 8th May 2024 - 6:00pm


We ask that if you are unable to attend any sessions that you un-register your attendance from the calendar, so the instructor knows to not expect you please.

Dress code: We recommend wearing shorts if possible for additional grip on the pole. Please do not use moisturiser or fake tan AT LEAST 24 hours before your class, otherwise you will find it hard to grip to the pole!

Course Cost: £60
(£10 deposit online and £50 payable as cash on Monday 1st April please)
Maximum of 8 participants per class.
