Reformer Classical Pilates For Absolute Beginners (FAB)
4 week course to learn the very basic elements and movement of the reformer machine whilst improving your strength, stability mobility and flexibility.
All sessions are taught in a small group of 5 people maximum.
All sessions will need to be booked at least 24hours prior to session start time and can book 4 weeks ahead.
Please note we have a 24 hour cancellation policy.
Wednesdays 6pm or 7pm with Michaela Windsor at The Flow Studio Ipswich.
