Supplement Station
This membership aims to improve our members training and performance results by using our collective buying power to make supplement usage cheaper and creating a habit stack to improve supplement adherence. We’ve negotiated with some of the best supplement providers such as HR LABS, WOD POWDERS & HEALF to reduce the overall cost of supplements based on bulk purchasing power. The brands on the station will cycle on a quarterly basis depending on the programming cycle aims.

Creatine = proven to increase strength and power.
Protein = a convenient and easy way to increase protein intake.
Beta Alanine = a lactate buffer, allows you to tolerate higher levels of physical stress

Use of the supplement station is a monthly subscription of ONLY £12 added onto your membership. For the monthly fee you receive a FREE ShireFit branded stainless steel shaker and then unlimited usage of the supplement station.

Terms:
- 3 Month minimum purchase period (to cover the cost of the shaker)
- Can cancel the subscription at anytime (past 3 months)
- Use of the station only directly prior to or post attendance of a class
- If you lose the shaker, you must buy another in order to continue using the station. (£15)

    Terms and conditions
    This membership bills every month. The first payment is due on the membership's start date. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership. This membership cannot be cancelled early. The full 3 months must be purchased to receive the rate listed.
