Introduction to Pole Fitness - 6 weeks

If you have never done pole before or are returning to pole after a long period away or have very little spin experience then intro to pole is the course to do.
In our intro courses it doesn't matter about size or weight, all our lessons are aimed at building strength and conditioning. At the end of 6 weeks, you will be stronger and more comfortable on the pole!
We cover basic spins and spin combos, as well as climbs and sits on the pole.

In a group setting where everyone is at the same or similar level for the 6 weeks. Registration after the course commences in not allowed, meaning everyone learns together at the same pace.

With a maximum of 12 per class (2 per pole) depending on demand at the time or dedicated and talented instructors will teach you the basics of pole fitness. You will learn spin combos that will be build upon each week.
After completion of the 6 week course you can book any class at your level across both of our venues with any of our 4 amazing instructors.
