This free membership gives our regular students access to book training sessions at the studio.
Training sessions are open practice times for existing students who already attend classes with us. They’re perfect for working things you have been taught my an instructor — but they’re not suitable for brand new beginners.
If you’re new to the studio, please start with one of our structured classes before joining training sessions. Once you’re familiar with our equipment and safety guidelines, you’ll be able to add this membership and enjoy open practice whenever it suits you.
You will be supervised but not taught, by an instructor. This time is for you to train moves you have previously been taught by an instructor and not to copy moves from any platform or person that you have no done before. Please do not try any new tricks in heels unless you have been shown how to do the trick or flow in heels. You must warm yourself up throughly, clean your equipment and cool down. If you do not follow the guidelines for training times your training membership may be revoked.
