Aerial Hoop - Level 3 (6 week course)
Level 3 Aerial Hoop is for our experienced Aerialists. You must have completed Level 2 and have chatted through with your instructor.
If you have never learnt from us before then please contact us so we can help you decide which level is suitable for you.
You will learn a series of tricks and transitions over a 6 week course and week on week build up a routine to music. At the end of the 6 weeks you will have the chance to record your full routine on your camera/phone if you want to.
Please wear fitted trousers with plenty of stretch, leggings are perfect.
