Your instructors at Pure-Studios use many of Hannahs techniques to increase your back, splits and forward flexibility so here is your chance to learn from the master yourself!

Hannah is one of highest regarded contortionists in the UK and is well respected for her fully comprehensive, safe and friendly teaching. Hannah will guide you through stretches actively and passively and always correct your techniques to make sure you get the best stretch to increase your flexibility. Many of her teaching tips will see your flexibility increase there and then!

Here is a bit about the workshop in Hannha's words - don't let the word contortion worry you!

Learn the foundations of contortion. This workshop goes back to the basics; introducing you to the art of contortion training with safe and proper form, alignment and technique. Students will learn solo and partner stretches to increase flexibility, learn how to have awareness of the whole spine, lengthening, strengthening and bending in each part of the spine, utilize specific exercises using both passive and active flexibility as well as the use of PNF techniques, and develop a key body awareness while bending. This workshop is suitable for all levels – for those just starting out to the super bendy, where Hannah will share her knowledge and experience about how to safely and successfully stretch to reach your flexibility and contortion goals.
