Aerial Hoop - Improvers Course
Our Improvers course is for anyone who has participated in our Beginners Aerial Hoop before and wants to take that next step in tricks and transitions. You must talk to an instructor first before booking this course.
In this 6 week course you will venture on to top bar, play with single leg hocks, learn some new transitions from moves you are already familiar with and learn some brand new tricks too!
