Aerial Sling Doubles Workshop

Welcome to the Aerial Sling Doubles workshop. This class is suitable for aerialists who are already confident working in sling as you will be learning to base and fly with another individual.

You do not need a partner to book this workshop. 

During this workshop, you’ll learn fun doubles shapes, spins and transitions. We’ll explore creative partnering tricks, play with synchronisation and how to move with 2 people on the fabric.

Please wear fitted clothing that covers the backs of your knees and underarms to help prevent friction burns and keep you comfortable while sharing the fabric.

No partner? No problem! We've got you covered with a fun buddy on the day. Just bring yourself and get ready for a great time!

 Please wear full length leggings or any trousers that are easy to move round in.

** Expect bruising on your body, especially behind the back of your knees.

**Please remove all jewellery from the wrists and hands, including wedding rings. These can cause serious injuries if kept on.

**Please arrive early to make sure you start the warm up in time. If you miss all/part of the warm up you will not be able to join in with the class.
 

Please wear fitted trousers with plenty of stretch, leggings are perfect.

Please make sure you read the waivers fully before booking this course. Once booked courses are non refundable or transferable
