Aerial Silks Level 3 - 6 Week Course

This fantastic 6 week course for students who have previously spent time in Level 2 Silks.

** Experienced Aerial Silikists only - if you are new to the studio please contact us first.

You will also learn some exciting **NEW** tricks, drops and combinations. 

At the end of the 6 week course you will have a full Aerial Silks Routine to music.

Important Information:

** 6 week course £63
** Please wear full length leggings or any trousers that are easy to move round in.
** Expect bruising on your body, especially behind the back of your knees.
**Please remove all jewellery from the wrists and hands, including wedding rings. These can cause serious injuries if kept on. 
**Please arrive early to make sure you start the warm up in time. If you miss all/part of the warm up you will not be able to join in with the class.
