Pole Dancing Level 2 - 6 Week Course
This course is suitable for people who have completed several Beginners pole courses and have spoken to your instructor about moving up to the next level.
In this 6 week course you will learn different spins, tricks and movements on the pole and put them all to a routine to music. At the end of the 6 weeks you will have a full routine. This course may involve climbing and going upside down. You will be taught these moves safely.

** Suitable for people who are comfortable and confident with a variety of spins, static holds and flow at beginner level.
** Please wear anything you feel comfortable in. Shorts or sticky leggings are required for this course.
** Do not moisturise or use fake tans 48 hours before your class. This can make you slippery and you will not be able to hold on to the pole.
** Expect bruising on your body.
**Please remove all jewellery from the wrists and hands, including wedding rings. These can cause serious injuries if kept on.
**Please arrive early to make sure you start the warm up in time. If you miss all/part of the warm up you will not be able to join in with the class.
Pole Dancing is an extremely fun way to tone up and learn a fun new skill with like minded people. The techniques taught to you will help improve posture, confidence and fitness.
Please wear shorts or sticky leggings, a t shirt/vest top and bare feet.
Try and not to moisturise or use any fake tans or lotions 48 hours before the class. Please bring a water to rehydrate during the class.
