Welcome to the Hudson Core Fitness 6 Week Transformation Programme, these are our Terms and Conditions of service, which may be amended from time to time, please read them carefully.
Thank you for choosing Hudson Core Fitness (“HCF”) to help guide you in your 6 week transformation programme and help you achieve your goals.
Whilst we are determined to help you fulfil the goals you set out to achieve, at the outset of the HCF 6 week transformation programme, the extent of your success is also determined by you and your efforts, your commitment to following our expert advice and attending our physical exercise sessions
. Included in the HCF 6 week Transformation Programme -
1. You can take part in 3 group physical training (PT) sessions each week, for a total of 6 consecutive weeks. You will be given the opportunity to select the group sessions you wish to attend from a number of prescheduled dates and times. Each group session will be conducted by a HCF coach or HCF approved 3rd party trainer. Your session options will be outlined during your on-boarding session with your HCF client care representative. Availability at popular session times may be subject to a maximum capacity restriction during busy/peak periods. We will of course endeavour to meet your scheduling needs where practical. Please keep up to date and follow the Facebook page for class announcements and amendments.
2. Your commitment to attend up to 3 group PT sessions per week is encouraged by your coach and HCF staff. The HCF 6 week Transformation Programme can only be extended for “Permitted Reasons” beyond 6 consecutive weeks, to a maximum of 10 weeks, thereafter subsequent attendance at our group PT sessions will be subject to our monthly rolling contract charges (currently £97.00 per calendar month in conjunction with enrolment on the HCF 6 week Transformation Programme or otherwise currently £120 per calendar month for new joiners and those returning to our group sessions at a later date) Permitted Reasons include the following:
2.1 Planned holidays/business trips or other planned events up to 14 days duration and notified to your HCF client care representative and subject to 14 days prior notice;
2.2 Unplanned absence due to injury, sickness or other cause up to a maximum of 14 days and subject to notification to your HCF client care representative within 24 hours of the absence or when reasonably practical in the circumstances.
3. In the event that the cause of any unplanned absence gives rise to you being physically unable to partake in any remaining sessions/weeks of your HCF 6 week Transformation Programme, HCF agrees to pro-rata the original fee paid against the remaining period of PT group sessions and refund the balance to you subject to timely provision (within 30 days minus an administration charge in the sum of £50.00) by you of satisfactory proof of the reason for your unplanned absence and reason(s) for withdrawal from the HCF 6 week Transformation Programme. A GP or other recognised medical practitioner’s letter will suffice in this regard (specifying you are unable to continue with physical activity). All refund requests and supporting documentation must be submitted in writing to the Hudson Core Fitness Client care team at ‘catherine@hudsoncorefitness.com’.
4. If you fail to take part in any or all PT group sessions and having done so you failed to provide a Permitted Reason to your HCF client care representative in accordance with these terms and conditions then HCF reserves the right to retain all fees paid by you.
5. You are required to access the closed support group via Facebook, in order to view and access your “Suggested 6 Week Transformation Nutritional Programme”.

6. We provide progress reviews with a Hudson Core Fitness client care representative to assist you with meeting your 6 week transformation goals, you are required to book these as required via text or TeamUp booking system.
7. The Hudson Core Fitness 6 week transformation programme and further programmes detailed below are group based sessions, therefore we ask each client to come with a positive and supportive attitude and commitment to themselves and the group, positive and enthusiastic participation from all attendees in group sessions will help keep the group motivated and drive success. We as a business and group try to foster a supportive environment for all and do not accept any form of bullying or negativity towards other member or trainers. Should any member be found to be exhibiting this type of behaviour we reserve the right to exclude them from future sessions and retain all fees paid.
8. The Hudson Core Fitness 6 week transformation programme is designed to help you successfully achieve results, to support this you are required to submit body measurements and personal goals within the first week of joining the programme, tracking documents are available in the files section of the Facebook page. Following the first phase of the nutritional programme you are required to use the suggested My Fitness Pal app (or alternative approved tracking app) to help successfully manage your nutrition.
9. You are recommended to have regular progress calls/communications scheduled with your client care representative, to help successfully monitor your goals and success. If you require assistance with any area of the programme or have questions at any time please contact your client care representative at your earliest convenience.
10. Following your 6 week transformation programme Hudson core fitness will complete a review of your initial goals and progress and you will be given the opportunity to continue your success within the Fit For Life Programme.
11. The Fit For Life Program options available are as follows:
- Fit for life Rolling Program £97 per calendar month with one calender month’s cancellation notice. Commitment to the Rolling schedule with immediate advance payment for the Calender month, will entitle you to the exclusive transformation Client rate of £97 per Calender Month. You will have unlimited access to classes, access to the full Fit For Life membership website , fit for life workbook and ongoing support and progress checks. Should you decide to cancel your membership within the first 14 days of purchase “cooling off period” we require a request in writing, and you will receive a full refund less the cost of any sessions received (charged at £10 per session for cancellation purposes only). If you decide you want to cancel your rolling membership after the cooling off period a one calendar month notice of cancellation is required. Any written cancellation request can only be delivered via email to Catherine@hudsoncorefitness.com and will only become effective from the date the email was received by Hudson Core Fitness. Hudson Core Fitness will endeavour to acknowledge safe receipt of any emailed cancellation request within 5 working days from receipt.
- Fit for life 12 month program is £79 a month, for twelve months access, this agreement allows you to continue to achieve your goals over a 12 month contract. You will have access to three classes a week, access to the Fit For Life Membership website, with ongoing support and progress checks. Should you decide to cancel your yearly membership within the first 14 days of purchase “cooling off period” we require a request in writing, and you will receive a full refund less the cost of any sessions received (charged at £10 per session for cancellation purposes only). After this “cooling off period” the membership fee is non-refundable, and is payable for the full 12 month period as agreed. If you need to pause your program please contact the client care team who will consider your request at the discretion of HCF who may add the missed sessions to the end of your contract date for a maximum period of 3 months. Should you need to give notice to cancel under medical grounds, one calendar months’ notice is required in writing, at least 10 days prior to your scheduled payment date. Supported by satisfactory proof of the reason for your unplanned absence and reason(s) for withdrawal from the 12 month Fit For Life Program. A GP or other recognised medical practitioner’s letter will suffice in this regard (specifying you are unable to continue with physical activity). All refund requests and supporting documentation must be submitted in writing to the Hudson Core Fitness Client care team at ‘catherine@hudsoncorefitness.com’.
- Fit For Life Advance Payment Program is a one off advance payment of £800 . This will allow access for a 12 month period. This agreement allows you to continue to achieve your goals over a 12 month contract. You will have access to three classes a week, access to the Fit For Life Membership website, with ongoing support and progress checks. Should you decide to cancel your annual membership within the first 14 days of purchase “cooling off period” we require a request in writing, and you will receive a full refund less the cost of any sessions received (charged at £10 per session for cancellation purposes only). 12. Hudson Core Fitness will provide the required fitness equipment for the scheduled group sessions, however there may be times when the ground conditions call for you to bring a suitable mat to work on, however you will be advised of requirements prior to the session.
13. Hudson Core Fitness will provide clear guidance during group sessions on how to complete the group training workout safely. Your attention at the beginning of sessions and during instructional times is very important. If you feel you require further support with the physical workout aspects of the group training please ensure the coach is aware of your needs, alternatively please contact a Hudson Core Fitness client care representative who will ensure adequate assistance is provided.
14. Hudson Core Fitness needs to be informed of any medical conditions or medications you take that may affect your ability to take part in the 8 week transformation programme or any other programme offered by HCF. Please ensure that any medications required to enable a safe workout environment are with you during group sessions and that the Hudson Core Fitness coach is aware prior to beginning any session. 15. Your participation in HCF’s group sessions are entirely at your own risk. For the avoidance of any doubt HCF will not take any responsibility for any injuries or other losses arising out of your own negligence and/or failure to follow instruction/safety precautions or following participation in group sessions against the advice of a medical practitioner.
16. Hudson Core Fitness requires all clients to ensure they come wearing suitable and comfortable workout clothing and footwear for the group sessions. If you are unsure of what is required please contact a Client care team member prior to attending a session.
17. Any written cancellation request can only be delivered via email to Catherine@hudsoncorefitness.com and will only become effective from the date the email was received by Hudson Core Fitness. Hudson Core Fitness will endeavour to acknowledge safe receipt of any emailed cancellation request within 5 working days from receipt.
