Would you like more of a focus on your overall health and longevity?
Do you want to lose weight? Gain weight?
Or would you like more specifics on nutrition and performance in CrossFit?
For 8 weeks we will work together to review the QUALITY AND QUANTITY of your current diet and help you to get further towards your goals.
The focus during these 6 weeks will be on:
Quality/Quantity of food appropriate to your goals.
Moving more, in the appropriate dose.
Shifting habits that no longer serve our goals to fuel our mind and body and support a healthy lifestyle.
Learning how to build a consistent meal with appropriate portion sizes, meal prep and more.
We will work together to set targets and each week, you will be required to fill out a check in form and measure whether or not you’ve been consistent.
We aren’t trying to make this challenge your forever and forever goal, we are just trying to turn the dial further away from where you are now and more towards the best version of yourself.
The challenge will be £80 and you’ll work with me closely throughout.
