Introduction to Weightlifting with Charlie Stone

Join us at CrossFit Cheltenham for this 6 week, introduction to weightlifting course with weightlifting expert Charlie Stone. The course is aimed at individuals who want to try something new and gain confidence in the disipline of weightlifting. All sessions are coach led and will take participants through the basic progressions to learn the snatch and clean and jerk, teaching effective and safe technique. No prior experience required. Sessions are 1 hour, every Tuesday starting 6th Oct at 8pm - 10th Nov 2020 for £99.
