What you will receive:
- A virtual induction and tour of newly refurbished facilities.
- A dedicated mentor.
- A goal setting meeting, including nutritional support.
- 2 beginners classes a week; 1 on a Wednesday at 7pm and 1 on a Saturday at 1pm outside at CrossFit Cheltenham, in line with latest Government guidance.
- A FREE 1-2-1 PT session.
- Weekly check-ins.
- Access to the daily workout programming (scaling and progressions available).
- Access to members' Facebook Group.
- Free access to Beyond the Whiteboard; a workout logging app.
