10 week Fat Loss Challenge

This is a great way to lose body fat and get into a better routine with your diet.

We will take your starting weight and measure your body fat percentage in week one, then again 10 weeks later to measure the difference. This is not a weekly class, but you will weigh-in every week either at the box or at home, to check your progress.

We will work out exactly what calories and macronutrients you should be eating based on your body weight and activity/training levels to maintain performance but lose body fat!

You will need to track your food in an app such as MyFitnessPal but we will show you how this is done if you have never used it before!

We will be using exact the same strategy Ben Bergeron uses to get his athletes down to very low body fat percentages for the CrossFit Games.

We will have weekly weigh ins and a support Facebook group to help keep you on track!

From around week 4 we should be able to accurately calculate your precise required calories per day to maintain current levels of body fat. From this number you will then know what daily calories to consume to maintain/gain/lose body fat.

10 weeks is not long enough for you to strip much more than 10-15 lbs of body fat but hopefully you will get into good habits and continue your diet long after the fat loss challenge has finished!
