It provides an ideal environment for anyone who is new to training or self-conscious about exercising in public as well as the more experienced athletes who want to focus on their programmes without any distractions or waiting for equipment to become available as you will have the whole gym to yourself. Space is limited to 3 people per session - so you can bring a friend along and share the cost.
Gym sessions can be booked in 60 minute slots.
