TZ Challenge

TZ CHALLENGE - for the month of October.

October is a funny old month - kind of an ‘in between’ month - so let’s make it mean something and be productive with our health and wellbeing.

JOIN me for a four week virtual programme for you to challenge your cardio fitness, your strength and develop your mobility and flexibility using our Trainerize programme.
Weights will be handy for this - or you can adapt using cans and perhaps fill a rucksack with the heavier objects!

The workouts will also be used for the group sessions and in some cases for Personal Training. You will be able to adapt the exercises to suit your fitness level and will be able to supplement / change to other workouts on the program too.

There will be five workouts per week, but you will adapt these and delete/ add as needed. I want you to personalise the week so it fits in with your schedule. The great thing about Trainerize is that you are tracking what you do and can add in reps etc so you can see your progression.

You will be encouraged to set a personal goal - this could be a daily movement goal (steps) or maybe you fancy starting running with the Couch to 5k app and it may be you would like to run a longer distance or complete a duathlon - up to you.
