Fundamentals Course

Our renowned Fundamentals course is a series of 6 fully coached, group sessions that all new members complete before joining the main CrossFit classes.

During your Fundamentals Course you'll be coached through a progressive programme of all the foundational movements and training techniques that will allow you to seamlessly get started in our classes. There is a CrossFit WOD (Workout Of the Day) included in every session to ramp up your fitness and let you experience how we train on a day to day basis.

The Fundamentals Course consists of 6 x 90 minute sessions that take place on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 7.30pm across 2 consecutive weeks.
