This membership bills every 4 weeks.
The first payment is due on the membership's start date.
PT sessions need to be used each payment period and do not roll over.
PT sessions need to be booked on the TeamUp system.
If your allocated trainer can’t fit the sessions in, for example if they are on holiday, then another trainer will ensure sessions are carried out that billing cycle.
You may only pause this membership due to injury or illness that will put you out of action for more than 10 days.
You can only pause for holidays over 10 days.
No pausing for periods of less than 10 consecutive days.
If you wish to cancel your monthly membership we need 60 days’ notice.
This membership is not transferable to anyone else.
Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership.
Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.
