Introducing our new PT package! Never tried functional fitness before? Then this package is for you, a package we have put together to kick start your journey with us at Unity.
In the package you'll receive:
- 3 x 1-2-1 PT sessions with a coach - going through functional fitness movements that you'll see in classes, with an introduction to gymnastics and Olympic lifting, with a workout to get you moving too!
- 6 classes to use over 2 weeks (3 a week) - the perfect way to get you started from all you've learned through the PT sessions to getting stuck in to classes!
A one off payment of £125 for the package, you can then decide what tier membership you'd like to join on too!
