Yoga Fundamentals - 6 Week Course

A 6 week program designed to teach you the basics of asana (postures), pranayama (breath) and meditation. 

Gentle classes will build strength, flexibility and confidence in your yoga practice. 

Suitable for complete beginners and those who want to go back to basics.
