Intro to Yin Yoga (6 week course)
Yin is a profoundly nourishing and introspective practice. During this course you'll learn about energy lines in the body (meridians) and their relationship to our physical, emotional and energetic wellbeing.
Each week you'll be guided through a practice of long held postures so that you can begin to explore qualities of a Yin practice and its benefits.

Week 3 - Yin for the heart
Week 4 - Yin for anxiety
Week 5 - Yin for the hips
Week 6 - Yin & Yoga Nidra: Allowing deep rest
