Access replays of each of the 6 week sessions, so you never miss a class AND if you want to practice at home (which I highly encourage!) these videos will help to remind you of what you learned. In addition you'll have access to the "On demand" section of the library which gives you pre-recorded videos showing shorter, 10 to 15 minute sequences to encourage you to practice more regularly.
