How yoga and a little know how could significantly improve your energy, mobility and vibrancy as you age.

If you, like me, want to stay as fit as you can for as long as you can, then join me as I launch a brand new yoga programme - designed over 3 days as a series which takes you on a journey to feeling healthier and happier, whatever your age and current level of fitness.

Living longer is NOT the main goal! Living happier and healthier IS!

HOW DOES IT WORK?
Attend 1, 2 or all 3 days. (Start at 10am and finish at 4pm)
Each day has a slightly different focus, both in the teaching and the practical yoga you'll do, but is an opportunity to go deeper than you would in a typical class. A mix of practising poses and yoga techniques but it's NOT non-stop physical yoga!

I believe humans are more likely to continue with a changed habit if they understand WHY they are being asked to do something! So, instead of just practising poses or yoga techniques, there will be time each day for self reflection and for going a little deeper into understanding some of the keys to ageing well. You'll get handouts; have time for discussion and, most importantly, be encouraged to really reflect on a game plan for YOU which will help you not only feel better, but thrive in the months and years to come.

Believe me, I totally understand just how challenging it can be to change habits which do not necessarily serve us! So you'll learn some of the best psychological techniques I have used to help me make changes to my lifestyle which last WAY beyond making new year resolutions!   

Day 2: Saturday 6th August: How to reverse the body clock!

in this day you will cover:

How yoga teaches us to be "body-wise."

A deeper dive into the importance of breathing in yoga.

2 deeper sequences for the spine and core.

2 deeper sequences for balance and flexibility.

A look at how to eat to support longevity, strength and energy.

How to be your own health coach! A brief look at the psychology behind creating lasting change and a template for your own personal health plan. 
 

Cost for this single day £55 (NO lunch provided with this option. If you wish to have a delicious veggie/vegan lunch choose the "with lunch" option in the calendar.)
