DAY 1:Holding back the years: the keys to staying fitter, stronger for longer.

How yoga and a little know how could significantly improve your energy, mobility and vibrancy as you age.

If you, like me, want to stay as fit as you can for as long as you can, then join me as I launch a brand new yoga programme - designed over 3 days as a series which takes you on a journey to feeling healthier and happier, whatever your age and current level of fitness.

Living longer is NOT the main goal! Living happier and healthier IS!

HOW DOES IT WORK?
Attend 1, 2 or all 3 days. (Start at 10am and finish at 4pm)
Each day has a slightly different focus, both in the teaching and the practical yoga you'll do, but is an opportunity to go deeper than you would in a typical class. A mix of practising poses and yoga techniques but it's NOT non-stop physical yoga!

I believe humans are more likely to continue with a changed habit if they understand WHY they are being asked to do something! So, instead of just practising poses or yoga techniques, there will be time each day for self reflection and for going a little deeper into understanding some of the keys to ageing well. You'll get handouts; have time for discussion and, most importantly, be encouraged to really reflect on a game plan for YOU which will help you not only feel better, but thrive in the months and years to come.

Believe me, I totally understand just how challenging it can be to change habits which do not necessarily serve us! So you'll learn some of the best psychological techniques I have used to help me make changes to my lifestyle which last WAY beyond making new year resolutions!

Discover 7 key areas of health to focus on to thrive as we age and take an honest self-assessment of your own health score right now.

6 myths about ageing you need to know!

Learn why your biological and attitudinal ages are more important than your chronological age.

Understand the 4 "S"'s  of retaining youthfulness and vigour that yoga can support.

Set your intention for the next 6 weeks - whether you come to days 2 or 3 or not - are you willing to take small steps to create at least 1 new habit which will serve you?

Learn some simple10-15 minute yoga sequences which could transform your mobility, energy and mood, (whatever your level), and commit to incorporating this into your routine at least for the next 6 weeks and see what happens.

Light refreshments and teas available as part of this cost but you either bring your own lunch or for an additional £10 per head per day can have lunch provided.
