Yoga for Deep Relaxation

This is a rather different type of yoga programme focusing on very gentle, restorative yoga postures, breathing and relaxation techniques designed specifically to reduce stress and improve your ability to relax. There are no vigorous or standing poses. This is an hour of deep relaxation.
JOIN THIS COURSE IF YOU:
a) Find yourself juggling too many balls and need some "me-time!"
b) Are experiencing stresses or tension in any aspect of your life and know you need to find time to properly unwind.
b) Find it really hard to unwind and relax.
c) Suffer with headaches and tension.
d) Want to learn some simple techniques and yoga postures which will help to relax and rejuvenate you.
e) Would like to experience some of the gentler, more meditative aspects of yoga.
(NOTE: IF YOUR PRIMARY OBJECTIVE IS TO INCREASE YOUR FLEXIBILITY THE BEGINNER 6 WEEK PROGRAMME WOULD PROBABLY BE MORE APPROPRIATE FOR YOU.)
New students can come for a trial session for £5 - with no obligation to continue. If you do continue, the remaining £35 is due either at the end of the first session or when you come to the second session.
This is a 6 week programme - and you are encouraged to attend each session. There are no refunds for missed classes; however, if you know you cannot make a session, you can swap up to 2 classes with any other class Shona teaches over a period of 8 weeks from commencement of the programme.
