Yoga for Healthy Back and core programme

This short, 6 week course is for anyone who has problems with back pain, or who wants to ensure they keep their spine flexible and healthy as they age.

Yoga has increasingly shown it can help both alleviate back pain AND help strengthen the muscles which support the spine making you less prone to back injuries and helping you with proper alignment.

You will learn some of the most effective yoga poses to support your spine, and gain an understanding of how to build a simple routine into your everyday life which will significantly benefit your strength, posture, alignment and flexibility.
