Gymnastics Skills Series

A series of Gymnastic workshops that each focus on specific skills. We'll coach you through the fundamentals of these skills and you'll receive individual coaching to help you progress to the next level! The sessions will for an hour and then there wile be a half hour after the session to keep practising and get help from coaches.

 

The series of workshops will run on these dates and times:

 

Saturday 20 January @ 10:00 - 11:30 - Pull Ups

Saturday 27 January @ 10:00 - 11:30 - Toes to Bar

Saturday 17 February @ 10:00 - 11:30 - Muscle Ups (Bar & Ring)

Saturday 24 February @ 10:00 - 11:30 - Handstands (Open prep focus)
