The School of Rock Your Nutrition

The summer is such a great time of year with holidays, outings with friends and family, BBQs, late nights, and more! It’s a fun time of year, but also a period that can easily change our routines and make our fitness and nutrition out of whack!

School Begins: Monday 4 September for 6 weeks


Class Time: Monday Evening Group Zoom Call @ 8pm


Course Info:

-Each participant will receive a tailored nutrition guide based on initial intake questions and their goals. 

-Each week we will cover nutrition practices to focus on that will help with lasting lifestyle changes that you can sustain beyond school. 

-The group call will be for teaching, group discussion, questions, and accountability.

-We also have a WhatsApp group to help with accountability throughout the week to cheer each other on with better habits and answer any questions.
