eeVo Kids Class
Our eeVo Kids class is an introductory fitness session designed for children aged 4-12. These sessions focus on teaching the basics of exercise, helping kids develop foundational skills to progress their athletic abilities—all while having fun!
We also introduce the fundamentals of weightlifting in a safe and controlled environment, ensuring proper technique and safety at all times. Each session wraps up with a fun eeVo Kids game, making fitness enjoyable and engaging.
Some of our young athletes have even competed alongside our adults and teens at various fitness competitions—showcasing their amazing progress and confidence!

SUSTAIN is a 12-week, coach-led nutrition programme built around real life — not restriction, quick fixes, or short-term dieting.
This programme is designed to help you create habits you can actually sustain. You’ll work closely with your assigned coach across the full 12 weeks, with personalised guidance, accountability, and regular feedback tailored to your lifestyle, training, and goals.
SUSTAIN is about long-term change, consistency, and learning how to manage nutrition alongside work, family, training, and social life — not putting everything on hold.
Pricing
£150 every four weeks (£120 for eeVo Training members)
Terms & Conditions
SUSTAIN is a fixed 12-week programme (three x four-week payments).
Payments are taken every four weeks.
By signing up, you are committing to the full 12 weeks.
Cancellations are not permitted mid-programme.
Missed or failed payments do not cancel the agreement and must be settled.
Coaching time and programme capacity are allocated based on this commitment.

CLASH OF THE COACHES
Starting 4th May
Our coaches are going head-to-head in an 8-week team challenge built around effort, consistency, accountability, and team pride.
Each team will be led by an eeVo coach, with our teen coaches joining the battle too, making 10 coaches ready to compete for bragging rights.
Members will be assigned to a coach’s team and will earn points through attendance, performance, weekly challenges, and showing up for their team week after week.
Each team will have its own dedicated Facebook group and WhatsApp group where you’ll stay connected with your coach and teammates throughout the full 8 weeks.
These groups are there to build daily accountability, support, and team spirit. There is no pressure and no criticism, only encouragement and people pushing each other to be better.
Your team will back you, keep you motivated, and help you stay on track.
It’s all built around fun, but with that added layer of competition to give everyone something to chase and a reason to push that little bit harder.
If you’re having a bad week or life gets in the way, you can speak to your coach and ask for a pause.
This is designed to support you, not stress you. If you ever feel pressure or worry about letting your team down, we can work around that.
The goal is consistency, enjoyment, and progress—not added stress.
Please note, by signing up you are committing to the full 8 weeks. The challenge cannot be cancelled midway through, and payments remain due for the full duration, even if you choose to pause for a short period.
