Join our 4-week beginner Hatha Yoga course with an introduction to Yoga Nidra, with Paula Clarke. This course focuses on cultivating mindfulness, strength, and mobility.

The course runs on Sunday mornings from 10 am to 11.15 am, both in-person and online. The fee for the 4-week course is £40, and we offer three discounted spots for the BIPOC community, with 30% off the full fee. Contact us directly to learn more.

Please note that our studio is located on the first floor, and there are steps leading up to it. If you book the course, the fees are non-transferable, and we cannot offer refunds. However, if you miss a session, you can attend another during that week.
