60 hours Yoga Foundation Course Spring 2018
A 5 month mini course studying and applying the principles of Yoga into your day to day life. The course includes a study of asana (key yoga poses and sun salutations sequence), philosophy, pranayama, meditation and relaxation techniques.

The Course runs twice a year - March to July and September to December.
