This membership bills every month. Payment for the first partial period will be prorated according to the days remaining in the period. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.

WeTRAIN Group Fitness Membership Policy

LIMITLESS and COUPLE'S UNLIMITED Membership
* can be purchased at anytime and is a reoccuring payment on a montly basis for a fixed period (detailed on package purchased) of months, thereafter the customer or EsTR Group Fitness may decide to cancel with 30 days notice or reoccur on a rolling contract basis.
* members will be granted unlimited access to classes monthly.
* members must complete a signed health commitment statement and waiver form prior to any exercise carried out. Failure to do so will may prevent your participation, and/or leaves any liability to injury or health problem that may affect your ability to exercise your own.

(to add) COUPLE'S UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIP
*to enroll onto a 'Couple's membership' both customers must have an online account.
*the monthly direct debit will be taken from one bank account.
*should one customer decided to cancel their membership, the remaining customer will revert to the standard 'LIMITLESS' membership price. This will need to be set up again.


CANCELLATIONS
*following the agreed fixed payment period, customers may cancel membership at any time via the customer area before the next payment is due. Customers must inform EsTR Group Training of there cancellation via email at least 14 days before the next payment is due.
**once a payment is made, refunds will not be possible. Simply cancel your membership in the customer area, as well as your direct debit, and the following payment due will not be charged.
***should members wish to cancel a class booking please do so within the customer area at your earliest convenience, otherwise it is also possible to reschedule your class online up to 2hrs prior to class start time. Failure to do so may mean you incur a charge of upto 100% class rate for a ‘no show’.
****from time to time classes may be cancelled due to unforseen circumstances, for which we will make every effort to reschedule if nessary. EsTR Group Fitness is not liable to offer any refunds to monthly DD members due to its unlimited presidence.

Should you wish to house/store your own personal belongings at EsTR Fitness, we hold no liability for damages to or loss of your property.
