Sessions can be carried over from week to week, but must be used within the calendar month.
Should you choose to, a maximum of 4 sessions can be used for Skills and Progressions in each calendar month.

Terms and conditionsGeneral Membership Terms and Conditions
• Membership with CrossFit LE3 is on a rolling month by month contract, with fees due in full on the 1st of each month.
• All monthly membership fees must be paid in full, regardless of usage. There is no refund in whole or in part. Every effort will be made to scale/modify sessions to cater for injuries.
• If you do not pay your membership fee in accordance with our terms, we or our processing agent will contact you to inform you. You will not be allowed to train until your account is brought up to date and paid in full. We reserve the right to recoup any fees from you that we have incurred during this process.
• All persons who wish to train, or commence training with CrossFit LE3, must complete a health questionnaire and indemnity form.
• Weekly session allowances can be carried over within the calendar month, however cannot be carried over into the next calendar month.
• Members are free to upgrade/downgrade their chosen membership option, providing that one calendar months’ notice is given in writing.
• Should your membership start part way through a month, a pro rata payment will be required for that month, with full payment commencing on the 1st of the following month.
• We reserve the right to review and amend our pricing structure and will provide members with a written notice of any amendments a minimum of one calendar month before changes take effect.
• We reserve the right to implement a fair usage policy for members on the unlimited package. Should this ever be required, members will be guaranteed a minimum of one session per day.
• If your Direct Debit is cancelled without prior agreement or your Direct Debit is declined, your account will be placed on hold until the payment option is reinstated or fees are paid in full, no refund or credit will be provided for the period that your account is on hold.
Cancellation
• One full calendar month’s notice is required to cancel your membership with CrossFit LE3.
• Should you wish to cancel your membership agreement, please submit a letter of intent by the 1st (first) day of the calendar month. This will subsequently terminate the agreement by the last day of the calendar month. For example, if you submit on the 1st November, your membership will end on the 30th November. If you submit on the 10th November, your membership will cease at the end of the next calendar month i.e. 31st December.
• Should you break the terms of this agreement and cancellation policy, we reserve the right to engage with a collections agency to recover any fees owed, and any fees incurred during the process.
• If you cancel your membership and were on a deal/price we no longer offer, you will not be entitled to this offer again if you decide to re-join.
• We reserve the right to cancel your membership immediately if you:
a, Break these terms and conditions
b, Put the health and safety or wellbeing of yourself, other members or employees at risk
c, Engage in disruptive or violent behaviour
Fundamentals
• It is a condition of membership that you complete our Fundamentals programme before commencing training, unless you have completed an equivalent programme at another CrossFit affiliate and our coaches deem it appropriate for you to train without completing our Fundamentals.
• The fee for the Fundamentals programme includes your first month’s membership, activated on the first day of the course. Should your month’s membership end part way through a month, a pro rata payment will be required to continue your membership for that month, with full payment commencing on the 1st of the following month.
Timetable and Usage
• We may change our published timetable on occasion and will provide members with a minimum of 30 (thirty) days’ notice for any permanent changes.
• There may be occasions where the timetable is temporarily changed due to coach availability or attendance at competitions and/or events; we will endeavour to provide you with as much notice as possible
• Members are requested to arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before the published session start time unless otherwise agreed with a member of the management/coaching team.
Personal Property
• Any personal belongings left on the premises of CrossFit LE3 will remain solely at the member’s risk, and CrossFit LE3 will not be liable for any items which may be lost, stolen or damaged.
• Lost property will be kept for 7 days before being disposed of.
Changes to these Terms and Conditions
• We may change these terms and conditions periodically. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice to inform you of any significant changes that may affect your membership with CrossFit LE3.
