If you could benefit from tailored advice, training and support to help you achieve your personal health and fitness goals, our 4 week Platinum package is for you.

It includes an initial consultation; weekly 50 minute 1-on-1 PT sessions; 4 week training programme; evaluation of your diet; unlimited access to our live online schedule and bank of recorded classes; support and advice throughout; and an evaluation at the end and advice for further steps along your journey.

The Platinum package involves a one-off payment but payment plans and a more tailored programme is available.
