Intro to Pole Dance and Fitness

If you've been wanting to start pole dance & fitness classes but unsure where to begin, why not try out our next four-week Intro to Pole Fit Course.

Learn the basics and fundamentals of pole dance and fitness in our structured, fun and friendly classes, taught by XPERT instructor Alix.

Over the four-week course, you will learn a set of beginner-level pole spins, shapes and tricks with step-by-step instruction and lots of practice time. Also suitable for drop-in students who can't attend the full four-week course.

Each class starts with a full-body off-the-pole warm up, including a range of stretches & exercises to help improve mobility, range of motion and flexibility. We encourage everyone to take the class at their own pace with different options given throughout to suit all. 

Each class is cooled down with a relaxing, lights-down stretch. 

If you can't commit to the four-week course, you can drop in per class for £10 per class (depending on availability).
