If you are completely new to yoga and want to understand the details of the basics, a personal session offers you the chance to build a class around you. Maybe there’s a particular sequence or posture you want to master, a physical or mental health condition that you want to help to manage, maybe you want to establish a home daily practice and you need support or go deeper into your self-enquiry.
A 1-2-1 yoga sessions will build your practice around you and your needs.

Yogi Life: Monthly membership includes 1 private session a month + unlimited yoga/meditation classes a week
This especially-tailored-for-you life-changing monthly membership is all you need to super charge your life and go deeper into the Yogic teachings in order to navigate the ups and downs of life with Yogic wisdom and to move towards living your life purpose. Includes:
-1 private sessions a month, which can be Yoga, Meditation or Yoga Psychology/philosophy.
- unlimited yoga classes with Veronica

The programme runs over the 40 weeks a year that Veronica is teaching. Notice will be given in advance for the 12 weeks when there are no sessions.
