Curious about pole or aerial but not sure where to start? Our Introduction to Pole & Aerial course is the perfect way to dip your toes into the world of circus fitness and experience everything our studio has to offer.
Over four weeks, you’ll learn the fundamentals of Pole, Aerial Hoop, and Aerial Slings, gaining strength, confidence, and a solid set of beginner skills. Each session is designed to be fun, supportive, and accessible—no previous experience needed.
This course is ideal for anyone wanting to try a bit of everything before joining our regular timetable or taking the next step into beginner-level classes.
