Ladies Silver Membership Month by Month
***IMPORTANT PLEASE READ***

The Month by Month Silver Membership plan includes:

- 3 x Bootcamp sessions per week.
- Progress and goal check in every 90 days if requested
- Base line fitness test if requested
- Recipe packs access
- Nutrition resources access
- Nutrition masterclass course access
- Private members group access

Membership Term: I acknowledge and agree that I will maintain membership and pay the dues specified above for a minimum term of 2 calendar months (i.e. current and next full month's payment). I agree that I will be liable for dues for the entire 2 month term of this agreement in the amounts as stated by my selected membership option regardless of usage or any change of circumstance. Any sessions missed through holiday or illness can not be rolled over or refunded.

Cancellation Policy: I understand this agreement may be cancelled at any time once the minimum 2 month term has been completed by providing 14 days notice of cancellation. Not following the 14 day notice to cancel you will be subject to the next month's membership fees and refunds cannot be given.

You must give notice of cancellation by email to prove that you gave notice. Texts or messages via social media will not be accepted.

By purchasing this membership, I have read and accepted the terms of this agreement.

Once this membership has been purchased, you will be sent a membership agreement to sign and return via email.

30 Minute Personal Training Sessions x 8
Begins on the date of the first registration. Valid for 28 days.
This pack is for 8 x 30 minute personal training sessions across 4 weeks.

This Personal training package includes:

- 8 x 45 minute Personal Training sessions across 28 days
- Bespoke Fitness Plan
- Quarterly progress/ goal reviews
- Optional monthly weigh in & body fat% check in
- Optional Baseline Fitness Test every quarter
- Nutrition masterclass series
- Recipe packs

Terms and Conditions:

Cancellations: The trainer operates on a scheduled appointment basis for all sessions and thus requires 24 hours’ notice when cancelling/reschedule an appointment. No charges shall be levied should you cancel/reschedule with more than 24 hours’ notice. Should you cancel within the 24-hour window, you will forfeit your session, and I will need to purchase an additional session if you wish to reschedule.
Promptness: It is important to arrive on time for a scheduled appointments. Trainers may have another appointment immediately following your session and tardiness may result in reductions to the normal length of the session.
Refunds: There will be no refunds for nutrition or personal training sessions.
Expiration: Sessions will expire each new billing cycle. Any unused sessions will not roll over to the next month.

12 Week Dietitian-Led Weight Loss Nutrition Programme
Are you tired of trying countless diets and not seeing the results you want? Do you struggle to maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle? Look no further than our 12-week Dietitian-led weight management programme.

This program is designed to help you achieve your weight loss goals in a safe and sustainable way, while also improving your overall health and well-being.

Throughout the 12 weeks, you will work closely with our registered dietitian, Alice Johnson RD who will provide you with personalised nutrition counselling, guidance and support.

Alice will work closely with you to help you develop healthy eating habits that are tailored to your individual needs and preferences, and will work with you to help you achieve your weight loss goals.

The programme consists of 60 minutes face to face support online every 4 weeks. This 60 minutes can also be split into 2 x 30 min sessions every fortnight if preferred.

The weight management programme also includes regular check-ins and support with our dietitian to track your progress, offer encouragement, and provide you with additional resources as needed via email or WhatsApp.

We believe that the key to successful weight loss is to focus on making healthy lifestyle changes that you can maintain over the long term. That's why our program is designed to be sustainable and to help you establish healthy habits that will last a lifetime.
