Pole Taster Session

If you're unsure if Pole is for you, or always wanted to try it but don't want to commit to a course or classes just yet, why not book onto one of our monthly taster sessions? Suitable for complete beginners. No upper body strength, flexibility or fitness background required. Any shape, size or weight. And no, you won't break our Poles... 

All classes start with an energising warm up to prepare you physically and mentally. We will focus on a taster of some simple moves and combinations and finish with a relaxing cool down to stretch out your hard-working muscles. If you enjoy your Taster Session you'll be welcome to book into our Intro to Pole 4 Week Series, which we run monthly.

Booking & Cancellations
• Book directly off the Schedule here.
• All bookings are non-refundable or transferable in the case of a cancellation. 
• Session full? Join the waitlist and sign up for Text Notifications for FREE when a space becomes available. See our FAQs on how to do this.
• The Biscuit Factory is a secure building, locked to the public with no buzzer system. 
• Please arrive at the Biscuit Factory 10 minutes before your class is due to start. Doors will be open and closed by your Instructor 5 minutes before your class is due to start (no earlier, no later). 
• No reimbursements will be given for latecomers missing a class. Instructors cannot answer the phones/ messages once class has started so please make sure you are on time. 
• For information on what to wear and bring to class please check your booking confirmation email and also our FAQ’s on our website.
• If cancelling your session more than 1 day (24 hours) in advance your credit will be reapplied to your account. If cancelling less than 1 day in advance your credit will be lost and non-transferable.
• We have a strict 3-strike policy for no shows at classes. If missing 3 classes without cancelling your future sessions will be cancelled automatically. Please ensure you cancel classes you cannot attend.
