Hybrid Intense Session Membership (NOT FOR BEGINNERS)

Hybrid Intense Session is a fast-paced, high intensity class designed for people who are ready to lift heavier, move harder, and push their fitness to the next level.

This is not a beginner class - it’s built for those who are already competent with heavier weights and want a challenge.

Expect a blend of high-intensity strength work, cardio conditioning, and functional fitness, using a wide range of equipment including barbells, air bikes, slam balls, sleds, and more.

You’ll be coached closely on form, encouraged to push your limits, and supported every step of the way.

To keep the quality high and the focus personal, each session is capped at 14 people.

This means more coaching, more access to equipment, and the ability to train with heavier loads safely and confidently.

👉 Recommended Membership: If you plan to attend 2–3 of the Hybrid Intense Sessions per week, the Hybrid Intense Membership will give you the best value and the most flexibility. For this membership the day you sign up and pay will be your monthly payment date each month. 

These sessions will be £5.50 each or you can get this monthly membership for solely these classes and have access to all 3 classes (Monday 5.15pm, Thursday 5.45pm and Friday 5pm) per week every month for £45 saving you £21 per month!!

    This membership bills every month. The first payment is due on the membership's start date. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.
