6 Week Progress Package
Begins on the date of the first registration. Valid for 6 weeks.
A 6 week training block.

You will get measurements, progress pictures and weighed at the start and end - these are to be booked in with at least 1 weeks notice.

Whether your goal is to build lean muscle, drop body fat or just improve your fitness... this package is perfect to keep track of that progress.

Here is whats included:
- Up to 24 fitness classes to use over the 6 weeks (weekends and small group timetable classes included)
- Measurements, progress pictures and a weigh in at the start and end - keeping you accountable with the check in to monitor your progress
- Calorie, protein and fibre goals set for you and your goals

This program. can be used on repeat for accountability and making sure you are seeing / measuring the progress you make along the way.

The start date is up to you - once you have purchased this package by paying the £20 deposit you can start booking classes. Your start date is the date of your first class booking. So please note - once you have booked that first class using this package your 6 weeks begins on that date. So no classes would be able to be booked on this package before that date.

Once you have purchased this membership please contact Amy (07868572554) directly to book your start and end measurement appointments. It is your responsibility to do this.

Deposit to pay online to book - £20.
Final balance due at your 1st measurement appointment.

Terms and Conditions

This membership will entitle the purchaser to a partial or complete discount on events/classes offered by the business for Begins on the date of the first registration. Valid for 6 weeks.. If the start date of this membership has already passed, it will not be prorated for partial months/days, meaning the price is the same regardless of when purchased. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. See the details above for more information.
