£40 per team.

There will be 5 Brilliant WOD's to get your teeth into with both Rx and Scaled, Male and Female divisions.

We will have mini challenges for any spectators who think they're fit enough, lovely coffee, a stocked cafe and maybe even a BBQ weather permitting, so bring your best cheerleaders along!

Please just 1 person from each team sign up here, we will get your team roster and team name from you at check in on the day.
