CrossFit Sheffield Summer Throwdown '22

Saturday, 27th August

Same Sex Threes 

£60 per team.

There will be 5 Brilliant WOD's to get your teeth into with both Rx and Scaled divisions. Men and Women will be mixed and competing against each other within those categories, with adjustments made to the weights etc.

We will have a bouncy castle in the car park, mini challenge for any spectators who think they're fit enough, lovely coffee, stocked cafe and maybe even a BBQ weather permitting, so bring your best cheerleaders along!

Please just 1 person from each team sign up here, we will get your team roster and team name from you at registration on the day.
