Spring Throwdown

Jumping on the lovely vibe and atmosphere from our previous Throwdown's we are announcing our Spring Throwdown.

There are 4 Brilliant WOD's to get your teeth into.
There will be both Rx and Scaled divisions with standards released soon.
Entry price is £40 per team.
We are limiting the entries to keep the timings smooth and not waiting around too long so jump on quick before all the tickets are gone.

We're lucky enough to have a big gym so plenty or room for spectators and mini spectators to come along and cheer.
DJ putting out some great music, coffee, snacks and treats.

For this competition we ask that just one athlete registers their team here, and we will contact you for the information of your other athlete.
