There will be 5 Brilliant WOD's to get your teeth into with both Rx and Scaled, Male and Female divisions.

We have lovely coffee, a stocked cafe and plenty of space to show your support for your team, so bring your best cheerleaders along!

Please just 1 person from each team sign up here, we will get your team roster and team name from you at athletes registration on the day.
