Join our small group Studio Sessions (max 3 people) and train using all the classical Pilates apparatus —the Reformer, Half Cadillac, Ladder Barrel and Chair. Personalised attention, expert instruction and a full-body workout in every session.

No experience on the apparatus needed but some previous knowledge of Pilates is advisable.
